Regular Business Hours

At 'Ohana Pet Paradise, the peace, safety, and comfort of our guests is our #1 priority, so all check-ins, check-outs, and tours are by appointment only!  With that in mind, we still offer the best hours of operation around to accommodate your busy schedule.  Check it out:

                                    Monday thru Friday, 9AM-7PM

                                                                        Saturday & Sunday, 10AM-3PM

Regular Time Period Deposits/Cancellations

non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay** per suite/per week booked is required to confirm each time period booked.  Because of this, we encourage you to plan carefully when confirming your booking!

(For Example - If you make a deposit to confirm a visit from January 20 - 23 and then later decide to cancel that reservation and change it to a new date from June 16 - 23, you will not be refunded for your deposit taken for the January time period.  It will be used as the cancellation fee for the original time period booked.  Because of this
, the original deposit may not be applied (or carried over) to a new date booked.  A new, non-refundable deposit will be required for the new June time period booking.)

​Holiday Time Period Deposits

**Reservations around major holiday time periods (Good Friday/Easter, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), require a minimum stay of four nights, as well as a non-refundable holiday deposit equal to two night's stay per suite/per week booked.

No exceptions! Deposits are applied toward total stay. 

In addition, our facility is closed on the following days: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, 12 noon/Christmas Eve, Christmas day, 3PM/New Year's Eve, and New Year's day. By "closed", we mean that we do not schedule any check-ins or check-outs, so plan accordingly when you make your bookinig!

Check-ins/Check-outs/After Hours

Several days before your furry friends come to vacation with us, we will coordinate a convenient time for you to check them in.  You may check your dog(s)/cat(s) in any time during our normal hours of operation, but please note that you will be charged the full amount due at the time of check-in. 

Should you decide to pick up your furry friend earlier than the dates confirmed, please note that you may incur an early cancellation fee; however, any remaining refunds due will be credited to your account for a future visit within that calendar year.  

Check-out is 12 noon.  As long as check-out is completed by 12 noon, there will be no fee charged for that day; however, guests picked up any time after 12 noon will be charged an additional day's fee.

*Check-ins/Check-outs may be arranged outside (before or after) regular business hours on most occasions; however, Please note that this will incur an additional $50 "After Hours" fee.

Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept (and prefer!) Cash but will also accept VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, and Debit cards!   For an additional 4% service fee,
we are happy to accept payments through Paypal!

We DO NOT accept checks!

Frequency Programs/Discounts Offered
The following discounts are offered, up to a maximum of 15%/visit.

(with the exception of the "Forever Home"/Rescue discount)

NEW - 5% Cash Discount!
  A 5% discount will be given if entire balance is paid in cash at check-in.*  

*Be sure to note that any credit for changes or early check-out will only be given as
a credit on your account for a future visit within the same calendar year.

Extended Stay Discounts:
  A 5% discount is given for stays of 31-60 nights.
  A 10% discount is given for stays of 61+ nights.  

 Refer-a-Friend Program:
 Refer a Friend to our facility and receive a FREE night on your doggie/cat's next visit! 

Please note that FREE nights are only given AFTER the referred guest has stayed with us.

 Military Discount:
 To honor all those in our armed services (army, navy, air force, marines, or army/air national guard)

who are serving our nation, or who have served, 'Ohana Pet Paradise offers a 10% military discount
(must show active or retired military documentation) when asked.

 Senior Discount:
 A 10% Senior Discount is given - when asked - if you are 70+ years of age (with identification).

 "Forever Home"/Rescue Discount:
 We offer a range of discounts from 10 - 50% for individuals who give a 
"forever" home
to dogs/cats through adoption or rescue.  Minimum discount given (with proof of
adoption or rescue) is 10% every time he/she stays with us during the calendar adoption year. 

Greater discounts are given on an individual basis, and are based on whether we are
working in conjunction with a rescue group, i.e. culpeper SPCA, Fauquier SPCA,  Rappahannock Cats, etc.
