Please Note:  The peace, comfort, and safety of each of our guests is of utmost importance to us. Because of this, all check-ins, check-outs, and facility visits are by appointment only*. All facility inquiries, emails, and phone messages are returned as quickly as possible, but we encourage you to follow-up with a call if you do not hear back from us.

*Please note that any drop-off or pick-up outside regular business hours incurs an additional $50 "After Hours" fee.

Deposits/Cancellations:
non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay** per suite/per week booked is required to confirm each time period booked.  

Please Note:  If you make a non-refundable deposit for a stay from January 20 - 23 and then later decide to cancel that reservation and want to make a new booking from June 16 - 23, you will not be refunded for your deposit taken for the January time period.  In addition, the deposit may not be applied (or carried over) to the new date booked.  The original deposit will be used as the cancellation fee to help recover the loss of the original reservation, and a new deposit will be required for the new June time period booking.


​PLEASE NOTE:
**Reservations around major holiday time periods (Good Friday/Easter, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), require a minimum stay of four nights, as well as a non-refundable holiday deposit equal to two night's stay per suite/per week booked. No exceptions! Deposits are applied toward total stay. 

In addition, our facility is closed on the following days: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, 12 noon/Christmas Eve, Christmas day, 3PM/New Year's Eve, and New Year's day. By "closed", we mean that we do not schedule any check-ins or check-outs, so plan accordingly when you make your reservation.


Accepted Forms of Payment:​
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.

​You may check your dog(s)/cat(s) in any time during our normal hours of operation and are charged the balance due on the day of arrival (regardless of check-in time). Check-out is required by 12 noon.  As long as check-out is completed by 12 noon, there will be no fee charged for that day; however, pets picked up any time after 12 noon will be charged an additional day's fee.

Standard Suite:
Our all-inclusive price offers the following amenities, including a spacious 5'x8' private suite with a wood laminate flooring, sleeper bed, raised food/water dish, an evening nightlight, four one-on-one walks/playtimes, a full-sized blanket for cuddling, FREE snacks daily, 24-hour emergency access to two local veterinarians, comforting music played throughout the day/night, relaxing lavender scent released throughout day to increase peace and calmness, and experienced, loving on-site care.

​'Ohana Junior Suite:

Our 'Ohana Junior Suite is located on the main floor with the standard suites and offers amenities, including a private, spacious suite (approximately 10'x 10') complete with new wood laminate flooring, love seat and doggie sleeper bed for snoozing, indoor/outdoor rug, raised food/water dishes, full-sized blanket for cuddling, FREE snacks daily, 24-hour emergency access to two local veterinarians, relaxing lavender scent released throughout day to increase peace and calmness, and experienced, loving on-site care. 

​$48/night*** for first family member;
​$30 for each add'l family member (up to a family of four in suite)



'Ohana Executive Suite:

Our newly renovated 'Ohana Executive Suite is available for either dog or cat bookings (individual or family) and includes a private, spacious suite (approximately 30' x 30') complete with new wood laminate flooring, cozy daybed and sleeper doggie bed for snoozing, television, raised food/water dish, window overlooking the front garden, radio, evening nightlight, full-sized blanket for cuddling, FREE snacks daily, 24-hour emergency access to two local veterinarians, relaxing lavender scent released throughout day to increase peace and calmness, and experienced, loving on-site care. 

$55/night*** for first family member; 
$30 for each add'l family member (up to a family of four in suite)

Frequency Programs/Discounts Offered:

The following discounts are offered, up to a maximum of 25%/visit.

Extended Stay Discounts:
  A 5% discount is given for stays of 14 - 30 nights.
  A 10% discount is given for stays of 31 - 45 nights.  
  Extended discounts are available for stays lasting longer than 45 nights.

 Family Discounts for Standard Suites:
  Additional family members in separate units receive a 10% discount.
  Additional family members in a shared unit receive a 25% discount.

 Frequency Program:
 For every 20 nights that your dog/cat stays with us, you will receive one FREE
 night on your next stay!

 Refer-a-Friend Program:
  Refer-a-Friend to our facility and Get a FREE Night on your next visit

 Military Discount:
 Receive a 10% military discount (must show active or retired military
 documentation)

 Senior Discount:
 10% Senior Discount given if you are 70+ years of age (with identification)

*** Additional Fees: 

An additional cleaning fee (up to $10/day) or special needs fee may be applied for excessive care/cleaning required. This includes dogs in stages of kidney disease (excessive accidents in suite), diabetics requiring regular insulin administration (pill or shot form), epileptics on anti-seizure medication, those suffering from pancreatitis (special diets/monitoring), or those suffering from various stages of heart disease and requiring regular medication, etc.

In addition, a medication fee ranging from $3-$5 per daypart (AM/PM), or a flat rate of $5/day may be charged depending on the complexity and type of medication required.

Final fees will be determined on an individual basis.
